DomainKeys Identified Mail in Website Hosting
The DomainKeys Identified Mail option is activated by default for all domain names that are hosted in a website hosting account on our cloud web hosting platform, so you won’t have to do anything yourself to activate it. The sole condition is that the particular domain should be hosted in a website hosting account on our end using our NS and MX records, so that the email messages will go through our mail servers. The private cryptographic key will be created on the server and the TXT resource record, which includes the public key, will be published to the DNS system automatically, so you won’t have to do anything manually on your end in order to enable this functionality. The DKIM authentication system will enable you to send out trustable messages, so if you are sending offers or a newsletter to customers, for example, your email messages will always reach their target viewers, whereas unsolicited 3rd parties will not be able to spoof your email addresses.
DomainKeys Identified Mail in Semi-dedicated Hosting
Our semi-dedicated hosting come with DKIM activated by default, so in case you pick a semi-dedicated server package and you add a domain using our name servers through your Hepsia Control Panel, the records needed for the validation system will be set up automatically – a private cryptographic key on our email servers for the electronic signature and a TXT resource record carrying the public key for the global DNS system. As the protection is set up for a particular domain, all e-mail addresses created with it will carry a signature, so you will not have to worry that the messages that you send out may not reach their target address or that someone may spoof any of your email addresses and try to scam/spam people. This may be extremely essential in case you use email communication in your business, since your associates and/or customers will be able to distinguish legitimate email messages from phony ones.
